Pumpkin Carving

Nothing clever today, just a few pictures...

She used to be afraid of touching the goop! Breakthrough!

Do I look like my pumpkin?

One missing pants, the other missing a shirt.

Surprise! A KITTY pumpkin by artistic dad and an "all mom knows how to carve" boring pumpkin by dear mom. What's it to you?

Calvin loved this blog. What's not to love? It has Parley and Pumpkins, two of his most favorite things. We had to keep Parley's picture up for a long time

This blog has really kicked into overdrive.

Parley and his pumpkin faces are pretty right on! Props to you for getting in on the pumpkin carving fun. admittedly, it is not my favorite fall activity.

sorry. I always notice things the second time around.

you guys don't bother with the safety knives. Just get out the good old 6 inch butcher knive and let hazel go to town. way to keep your children out of harm's way.

Hi Jayne,
I come to you via CJane, via Nie Nie. I don't know if you remember me, but we used to teach school together at SSV. I was in 5th and you were in 3rd , I believe. Anyway. I remember when you were pregnant with sweet little Hazel, and now she's 4! Wow. Your kids are beautiful. I'm glad I was able to stumble into you again in the blogging world.

P.S. I have a little almost 4 year old that would get along swimmingly with your little Hazel. (She also has an aversion to clothes.) :)
